This approach honours your lived experience and helps you write a version of motherhood that reflects your values, strengths, and hopes.

& honestly, in session I use a little mix of all of these, plus a trauma-informed person-centred lens, with a dash of lived experience, a pinch of humour and sarcasm, and an abundance of downright ‘awe’ for you and what you’re carrying.
